At the start of a semester, you can select free POP-UP delivery up to 5 days before the last POP-UP. After that, only home delivery via GLS will be available. Deliveries to your campus will be available again after the last POP-UP.

Please note: Campus or POP-UP deliveries are never available for orders heavier than 5kg. In that case, ONLY home deliveries via GLS are possible, but no shipping costs will be charged.

Home deliveries via GLS are only chargeable for smaller orders (<5kg).

To order your books from our webshop, you must log in with your UCLL account. Ensure that you grant access to the requested information to complete the order successfully.

Use the left-hand column to fill in the correct information and display the required study books. If you're unsure about which details to enter, please contact your UCLL campus.

Double-check to ensure you haven't ordered books you already own or ordered duplicates. The instructors provide us with the list of books required for your program. It is possible that some books are used across multiple stages and thus appear more than once on the list. The final responsibility for ordering the correct books lies with the student.

1.   Carefully review the contents of your shopping cart.

  1. Do you actually need this material for your programme/studies?
  2. Did you purchase this material last year?
  3. Are you ordering the correct quantity of materials?

Since many materials are printed 'on demand,' incorrect course orders cannot be returned.

2.    Enter your personal details

   Make sure to enter the correct delivery address and email address.

3. Choose your delivery method

You can choose to have your books delivered to your home. For packages under 5 kg, the shipping cost is €8.12.

If your campus offers this option, you can pick up your books at the specified pop-up moments or in a specific room on campus. This delivery option is free of charge.

If this option is not shown, picking up on your campus is not available.

4. Choose your payment method

You can pay for your order via MasterCard, Visa, Bancontact, or iDEAL. Payments via bank transfer or cash are not possible.

Your order is only considered final once you have received a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email.

If you have not received an email from us (sender: ucll@xod.be), please send an email with the student's name to ucll@xod.be.

We will then verify whether your order has been processed correctly.

We will process your order as quickly as possible, in accordance with the agreements made with your UCLL campus. Throughout the entire ordering process, we will keep you informed via email.

If you would like to know the expected delivery time, please send your order number and the student's name to ucll@xod.be.

When an instructor adds material to this list later than expected, the price will not be available during the initial ordering phase. This material will also not be listed on the webshop during this phase.

Approximately three weeks after the start of the semester, the list will be updated, and the material will become available for ordering. We recommend that you order the available books at that moment, and place a follow-up order for the remaining books once they are available.


We have noticed that certain combinations of browser, device, and our webshop may occasionally cause issues.

If you encounter technical difficulties, please try accessing our webshop using a different browser or view the site on another device (e.g., laptop).

Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. For any further communication, please always include the order reference provided so our team can quickly locate your order.

We will begin processing your order immediately to ensure it is delivered to you as quickly as possible. If you have specific questions regarding the delivery or delivery time of your package, please refer to the 'Delivery / Pickup / Invoice ' section, where you can find all relevant information.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to your order or to merge two orders after the order confirmation.

Cancelling certain items or the entire order is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed. To do so, please send an email to ucll@xod.be. Be sure to include your order reference and the full name of the book(s) you wish to cancel.
