We strive to assist each customer in an efficient and timely manner and make every effort to do so. However, if you encounter an unexpected issue or have feedback about our service, please feel free to send your question or feedback via email to ucll@xod.be. We will review your inquiry or feedback, explore possible solutions, and provide you with a response.

If you cannot find the answer to your question in our FAQ, you can always send an email with your inquiry to ucll@xod.be.

Please make sure to include the student's name and the order reference (if already provided).

If your question relates to a book on our webshop, please specify the exact title of the book in your email.

We aim to respond to your inquiry within 2 business days. In most cases, you will receive a prompt reply from us. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, and in exceptional cases, something may go wrong. If you have not received a response within 4 business days, please resend your email, mentioning that you have not yet received a reply. This will allow us to prioritize your request.
