When you order course notes, they are printed 'on demand' specifically for you. These course notes, including PODs and BLENDs, are customized and specially developed for UCLL. As such, they cannot be returned according to the rules of the right of withdrawal.
Textbooks can, under certain conditions, be returned. If you would like to know if this is possible for your textbook, please contact our customer service at ucll@xod.be.
Textbooks that are eligible for return must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the package. Please ensure that you include the requested information with the package.
Please note: Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
It is not possible to add items to your current order once you have received the order confirmation. In that case, you will need to create a new order.
It is not possible to merge two orders after confirmation.
Cancelling an item or a full order is only possible if the order has not yet entered our processing stage.
Please send an email to ucll@xod.be with your order reference and the full title of each item you wish to cancel. We will then verify if cancellation is still possible.
Note: UCLL course notes are custom-made for UCLL and are not subject to the right of withdrawal; therefore, returns are not possible.
